We reached out to support and acknowledge the PNG and Pacific troops for their deployment during Australia's bush-fire crisis.

The PNG troops had a month-long mission that involved 99 troops, mostly engineers, who were sent to help during the bush-fire crisis in Australia.  The PNGAAV committees and members traveled to Omeo and spent the weekend with the troops.

A traditional mumu was organised, few traditional PNG dances were also presented and we interacted with our PNG troops and Australian defense forces in discussions and activities.
